Hot yoga- As a physical workout, the yoga practiced at Dana Hot Yoga is very athletic, so be prepared to sweat! It is challenging, but the important idea to remember is that each person can adapt the poses to suit their own body, level, and skill. The room is heated to approximately 90-95 degrees, creating a perfect blend of sweat and serenity. At Dana Hot Yoga, we train the whole person. It embodies flexibility, strength, cardio, stamina, and mind power all in one session. Classes typically run 90 minutes, with a few 60 minute exceptions.
